About the project.
The publication 'Case no. 187' design contains several layers of information. The first, superficial layer, examines the incident that took place on September 27, 2016 - the murder of state's borderline four-legged officer Ramzis - well trained dog. Meanwhile, the second, less obvious layer, talks about the Pagegiai region (small borderline city) ruled by the Komski brothers, cigarette smuggling and the flourishing corruption and loopholes in legislation. The presented information is collected from newspapers, websites of official institutions, social networks, and public statements online. The publication does not attempt to convict anyone - final conclusions are made by each reader individually.
